In-home care
Respite Care
Caring for someone you love is a full-time job. Respite care gives you a break while your loved one stays safe and comfortable at home.
Who it’s for
Respite Care, the Harmony & Heart way
Family caregivers carry a lot — often on top of work and their own family. Burnout is real, and taking a break is not a luxury. It is how you keep caring well.
Respite care steps in for a few hours, a day, or while you are away, following the routines you have already built.
What it can include
What respite care can look like
Every plan is personal. These are examples of the help a visit can include.
- Planned breaks on a regular schedule
- Cover while you work, run errands or attend appointments
- Support while you are away on a trip or family event
- Help easing back in after a hospital stay
- Personal care, companionship and homemaking as needed
- Cover that follows the routines you have already built
Our approach
Your routines, kept
Before the first visit we walk through how you do things — meals, medications reminders, favorite shows, the way they like their coffee — so your loved one barely notices the change.
Rest without worry
Take the afternoon, the weekend or the trip. We will keep you updated in the way you prefer.
